CNC Plasma Cutting
High-precision computer-guided plasma cutters slice heavy carbon steel plates matching the exact template dimensions. Error margin is under 0.5mm.
Jig Fabrication
Steel beams are aligned on massive, robust jigs. This ensures that chassis tracking, alignment, and load distribution match critical design plans.
Robotic Welding
Chassis members are joined using high-amperage robotic multi-pass welders. Important stress points are reinforced manually by certified welders.
Shot Blasting & Priming
Chassis are shot blasted in an automated chamber to remove mill scale and rust, preparing the steel for a robust epoxy-zinc rich primer coat.
Polyurethane Painting
Two layers of premium industrial polyurethane topcoat are applied inside a heated spray booth, creating a tough barrier against chemical corrosion.
QC & Suspension Rigging
Axles, air braking systems, and suspensions are rigged, followed by load-testing, weld UT checks, and ARAI-compliance inspections.
